Used, Rebuilt & Refurbished Industrial Chillers

Chiller City has decades of experience evaluating, repairing, rebuilding, and supporting industrial recirculating chillers, laboratory chillers, medical chillers, environmental chambers, ultra-low temperature systems, and related temperature-control equipment. Our work is practical and equipment-focused: we identify the failure, evaluate the refrigeration circuit, controls, pump system, heat exchangers, sensors, and operating conditions, then recommend a repair or replacement path that makes sense.

Many industrial chillers can be returned to reliable service with proper diagnostics, cleaning, leak repair, refrigeration service, pump or motor replacement, control repair, sensor replacement, and performance testing. When replacement is the better option, we can often help source refurbished equipment, compatible parts, or alternate models.

Testing, Validation & Reliability

Our service process may include leak checks, refrigeration circuit diagnostics, flow verification, pump and motor checks, sensor testing, temperature stability review, electrical inspection, condenser and heat-exchanger cleaning, and operational testing. For critical applications, validation is often just as important as repair: the equipment needs to perform under realistic load and environmental conditions, not merely power on in a shop.
