Returns & Exchanges

Chiller City accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused, unmodified, and returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
  • 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Items listed as used, surplus, or untested in the product description are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
  • 🔧 Custom Orders: Custom-built or modified equipment may not be returned. Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • 🚀 Expedited Orders: Items shipped via expedited or priority service and then returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • 📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure items are packed properly to avoid damage.
  • ⚠️ Dangerous Goods: Some items may be classified as hazardous materials (e.g., refrigerants). Customers must use a certified shipper for these returns or have the capability to handle them properly. Please be careful when ordering items that might be classified as dangerous goods, as it may be difficult for some customers to return them.
