Warehouse Manager (Full-Time)
About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and driven Warehouse Manager to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will be the primary warehouse employee, backed by part-time support staff. This is a critical hands-on position that requires independence, organization, and the ability to take ownership of warehouse operations.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who will run this warehouse like it is their own business, constantly looking for opportunities to improve operations, efficiency, and workflow. Initially, the warehouse will require approximately 6 months of cleanup and reorganization. After that, the role will transition into maintaining smooth daily operations and taking on additional responsibilities.
We are ready to hire for an immediate start, while allowing proper notice to a current employer if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Treat the warehouse as your own business, constantly seeking new operational efficiencies and business opportunities.
- Organize and restore order in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the computerized inventory system.
- Receive, inspect, and process deliveries.
- Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills, an exceptional work ethic, and a strong desire to advance professionally.
- Knowledge of AI tools or a strong willingness to learn how to use them to improve efficiency.
- Familiarity with process automation, or a willingness to learn how to automate operational tasks.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
- Preferred: Previous warehouse experience, high school diploma or GED, and forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up).
Compensation & Schedule
- $18–$28 per hour, with bonus pay after successful completion of the evaluation period.
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Opportunity for flexible scheduling after the training period.
